Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 8.0 mm. Reddish, except metasoma and petiole black; antenna brown, except scape, pedicel and flagellomeres 5–8 testaceous; legs reddish, except black spots on coxae, femora and tibiae. Antenna not distally thickened; antennomeres in following proportions: 11:6:52:29:24:17:13:11:9:11. Head flat, shiny, granulate and with numerous irregular keels on frons and on vertex around ocellar triangle; occipital carina complete; frontal line complete; POL = 2; OL = 2; OOL = 12; OPL = 1.5; TL = 7. Pronotum shiny, crossed by slight anterior transverse impression and strong posterior transverse furrow; disc humped and unsculptured; lateral regions of pronotum granulate and sculptured by irregular striae; posterior collar granulate; pronotal tubercle not reaching tegula. Mesoscutum shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures, with numerous short keels near posterior margin. Notauli incomplete, reaching approximately 0.7 × length of mesoscutum. Mesoscutellum shiny, sculptured by irregular longitudinal keels. Metanotum shiny, rugose, with posterior half smooth. Metapectal-propodeal disc dull, reticulate rugose, more than twice as long as propodeal declivity (42:16); propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, with two short longitudinal keels. Forewing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (20:7). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 31:5:9:26:40. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 126D View FIGURE 126 ) with one large subdistal tooth and one row of 14 lamellae. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 126D View FIGURE 126 ) with two rows of about 32 lamellae; apex with approximately 14 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
