Description. ♀. Apterous; body length 3.2–3.3 mm. Head black, except mandible, clypeus, anterior margin of frons and part of malar space testaceous; antenna black, except scape and pedicel testaceous; mesosoma black, except lateral margins of pronotum brown-testaceous and mesoscutellum almost completely yellow; occasionally mesosoma completely black; metasoma brown; legs brown, except tibiae, tarsi and trochanters testaceous-brown. Head excavated, shiny, bare, unsculptured; frontal line complete; occipital carina absent; temple prominent, unsculptured, crossed by sharp carina ( Fig. 209D View FIGURE 209 ). Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 8:6.5:10.5:9:8:7:6.5:6.5:6:7. Antennomere 3 as broad as 2. POL = 1; OL = 2; OOL = 7; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli about as long as OL. Palpal formula 4/2. Pronotum crossed by strong transverse impression, shiny, unsculptured. Mesoscutum very long, about twice as long as broad (11:5.5), shiny, with few short longitudinal striae, without lateral pointed apophyses ( Fig. 209E View FIGURE 209 ). Mesoscutellum flat, shiny, smooth, circular. Stalk between pronotum and metanotum (composed of mesoscutum + mesoscutellum) about 3 × as long as broad. Metanotum very long, transversely striate, about coplanar to mesoscutellum. Metapectal-propodeal disc shiny, unsculptured, with track of median longitudinal furrow; propodeal declivity transversely striate. Mesopleuron shiny, with posterior half smooth and unsculptured and anterior half transversely striate. Metapleuron transversely striate. Meso-metapleural suture distinct and complete. Protarsomeres in following proportions: 15:2.5:4:13:21. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 212D View FIGURE 212 ) with one small subapical tooth, four peg-like setae and one bristle. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 212D View FIGURE 212 ) with one row of 19 lamellae; apex with about 14 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/1.
