Description. ♀ ( Figs 232A, B View FIGURE 232 ). Apterous; body length 3.1–3.6 mm. Head totally reddish, or brown-black, except mandible, clypeus and anterior region of frons (more along orbits) yellow; antenna brown, except scape, pedicel and part of flagellomere 1 yellow; mesosoma brown-black or reddish; metasoma brown-black; legs testaceous, except coxae and club of profemur brown. Head almost flat ( Fig. 230E View FIGURE 230 ), dull, granulate; occipital carina incomplete, only present behind and on sides of lateral ocelli, laterally not reaching half-way of OOL; POL = 7; OL = 7; OOL = 21. Palpal formula 5/2. Pronotum crossed by strong transverse impression, shiny, unsculptured. Mesoscutum with ( Fig. 232A View FIGURE 232 ) or without ( Fig. 230F View FIGURE 230 ) two pointed apophyses laterally. Metanotum short, transversely striate, excavated behind mesoscutellum ( Fig. 230G View FIGURE 230 ). Metapectal-propodeal disc shiny, unsculptured, with deep median longitudinal furrow; propodeal declivity transversely striate. Mesopleuron and metapleuron transversely striate. Meso-metapleural suture distinct and complete. Protarsomere 1 as long as 4. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 234C View FIGURE 234 ) with one small subapical tooth and 6–7 peg-like setae. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 234C View FIGURE 234 ) with inner side proximally not serrate and 1–2 rows of 1–4 (proximal) + 11–19 lamellae; apex with at least seven lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/1.
♂. Fully winged; body length 1.6–2.1 mm. Head black; antenna brown; mesosoma and metasoma black; legs brown, except stalks of femora, protibia and tarsi whitish (except brown last tarsomere). Antenna filiform; antennomeres in following proportions: 4:3.5:6:6:5:5.5:5:5:5:7.5; antennomere 3 less than 3 × as long as broad (6:2.5). Head dull, granulate and slightly rugose; frontal line absent; occipital carina absent; POL = 5.5; OL = 2; OOL = 4; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli slightly longer than OL (2.5:2); area between lateral ocelli and eyes flat and rugose. Palpal formula 5/2. Mesoscutum dull, granulate. Notauli complete, posteriorly separated; minimum distance between notauli as long as greatest breadth of lateral ocelli. Mesoscutellum slightly granulate. Metanotum shiny, unsculptured. Metapectal-propodeal disc shiny, unsculptured, without furrows or keels. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands. Dorsal process of paramere ( Fig. 220E View FIGURE 220 ) long and slender. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
