Diagnosis. Macropterous ♀ of Neodryinus with mesoscutum unsculptured and forewing with two dark transverse bands.
Description. ♀ ( Fig. 252 View FIGURE 252 ). Fully winged; body length 6.5–6.7 mm. Completely testaceous-ferruginous ( Fig. 252A, B View FIGURE 252 ), except ocelli partly black, one black spot on mesopleuron and black petiole. Antennae clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 12:7:37:30:23:13:10:8:7:9; ADOs in antennomeres 6–10. Head ( Fig. 252C View FIGURE 252 ) shiny, very slightly granulate; frontal line incomplete, only present in posterior half of frons; occipital carina incomplete, only present behind and on sides of lateral ocelli, laterally not reaching eyes; lateral ocelli touching occipital carina; temple slightly prominent; POL = 2.5; OL = 5; OOL = 11; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli shorter than OL (2:5). Palpal formula 6/3. Pronotum crossed by transverse impression, with disc humped; anterior collar and disc shiny, very slightly granulate, slightly rugose on lateral regions of disc; pronotal tubercle absent. Mesoscutum shiny, unsculptured. Notauli ( Fig. 252A View FIGURE 252 ) complete, posteriorly separated; minimum distance between notauli shorter than OL (3:5). Mesoscutellum shiny, unsculptured. Metanotum short and rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc reticulate rugose, with two complete subparallel longitudinal keels; propodeal declivity reticulate rugose, with two subparallel longitudinal keels. Forewing ( Fig. 252D View FIGURE 252 ) with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein longer than proximal part (27:13). Protarsomeres in following proportions: 28:4:8:31:42. Protarsomere 3 produced into hook. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 251A View FIGURE 251 ) with one subapical tooth and one row of 12 lamellae. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 251A View FIGURE 251 ) with two rows of 18+24 lamellae; apex with at least 20 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/2.
