4. Neodryinus keleboensis Olmi, Copeland & van Noort , sp. nov.
( Figs 251G View FIGURE 251 , 253 View FIGURE 253 )
Diagnosis. Macropterous ♀ of Neodryinus with occipital carina present behind and on sides of lateral ocelli; mesosoma mostly black; mesoscutum reticulate rugose; hind wing with distal third darkened (Fig. 253A); enlarged claw with one row of long and slender lamellae ( Fig. 251G View FIGURE 251 ).
Description. ♀. Fully winged (Figs 253A, B); body length 6.2– 4.4 mm (holotype 5.8 mm). Head black, except mandible, clypeus and area between antennal toruli ferruginous; antenna testaceous-dark, except antennomeres 3, 4 and part of 5 brown; mesosoma black, except lateral regions of pronotum testaceous; metasoma brown; proleg brown, except coxae and trochanters partly whitish. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 15:6:31:16:12:10:8:7:7:9; antennal ADOs present in antennomeres 6–10. Head (Figs 253A, C) dull, slightly excavated, reticulate rugose and granulate; frontal line complete, slender in anterior third of frons; occipital carina incomplete, only present behind and on sides of lateral ocelli (laterally reaching about 0.7 length of OOL); POL = 1; OL = 1; OOL = 13; lateral ocelli almost touching occipital carina; greatest breadth of lateral ocelli longer than POL (3:1); temple absent. Palpal formula 6/3. Pronotum crossed by strong transverse impression, shiny, unsetose, sculptured by many longitudinal and parallel striae on anterior collar, lateral regions and disc; posterior edges of pronotum rounded, not produced into lobes. Mesoscutum (Fig. 253A) dull, unsetose, reticulate rugose. Notauli absent. Mesoscutellum dull, reticulate rugose, except posterior margin unsculptured. Metanotum dull, short, transverse, rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc dull, reticulate rugose, sculptured by numerous parallel and longitudinal keels (with many transverse keels among longitudinal keels); propodeal declivity with two complete longitudinal keels; median and lateral areas of propodeal declivity rugose. Mesopleuron dull and rugose. Metapleuron sculptured by many transverse keels. Forewing (Figs 253A, B) with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much longer than proximal part (27:16). Hind wing with distal third darkened. Protarsomeres in following proportions:
28:4:9:21:35. Enlarged claw (Fig. 251G) with one subapical tooth and one row of 15 long and slender lamellae + one long seta. Protarsomere 5 (Fig. 251G) with two rows of 8+11 (in holotype) or 8+9 lamellae; apex with at least 14–20 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/2.
