Description. ♀. Fully winged; body length 4.7–5.0 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous (in specimen from Uganda, 0°34.390’N 30°21.658’E, clypeus brown); antenna brown (in specimen from Uganda, 0°34.390’N 30°21.658’E, ventral side of scape and pedicel and part of flagellomere 1 testaceous); mesosoma black, except lateral regions of pronotum testaceous; metasoma brown; proleg black, except protarsomeres 3–5 and enlarged claw testaceous; meso- and metalegs black, except tarsi testaceous (except brown last tarsomere). In specimen from Uganda, 0°34.390’N 30°21.658’E, extremities of metafemur testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennomeres in following proportions: 10:6:29:17:12:11:9:8:7:9.5; antennal ADOs present in antennomeres 6–10. Head dull, slightly excavated, reticulate rugose and granulate; frontal line incomplete, absent in anterior third of frons; occipital carina incomplete, only present behind and on sides of lateral ocelli (laterally reaching about 0.5 length of OOL); POL = 2; OL = 2.5; OOL = 10; lateral ocelli touching occipital carina; temple absent. Palpal formula 6/3. Pronotum crossed by strong transverse impression, dull, setose, granulate and with tracks of many longitudinal and parallel striae on anterior collar, lateral regions and disc; posterior edges of pronotum rounded, not produced into lobes. Mesoscutum dull, setose, granulate and reticulate rugose. Notauli absent. Mesoscutellum dull, granulate and reticulate rugose. Metanotum dull, short, transverse, rugose. Metapectal-propodeal disc dull, reticulate rugose, sculptured by numerous parallel and longitudinal keels (with many transverse keels among longitudinal keels); propodeal declivity with two complete longitudinal keels; median and lateral areas of propodeal declivity rugose. Mesopleuron dull and rugose. Metapleuron sculptured by many transverse keels. Forewing with two dark transverse bands; distal part of 2r-rs&Rs vein much longer than proximal part (18:9). Hind wing hyaline. Protarsomeres in following proportions: 25:3:7:14:24. Enlarged claw ( Fig. 251F View FIGURE 251 ) with one subapical tooth and one row of 9–12 narrow lamellae. Protarsomere 5 ( Fig. 251F View FIGURE 251 ) with two rows of 9–13 lamellae; apex with at least 14 lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/0/2.
