Remarks.—A greenish-brown species with red on the head and a reddish costal margin. Body length is about 17.5 mm, wingspan is about 51 mm ( Boulard 2008). The song is a repeating series of syllables ( Boulard 2008).
Distribution.—The species is known only from Madagascar ( Sanborn 2013). The only known locality is the type locality of John and Katherine MacArthur Forest Reserve, Region of Tanambao-Tampolo, eastern Madagascar ( Boulard 2008).
