D i s t r i b u t i o n. Europe, Asia Minor, West Siberia, Mongolia ( Schülke & Smetana, 2015). In the Ukrainian Carpathians known from Ivano-Frankivsk Region, mountain Dantsyzh ( Lokay, 1912) and Transcarpathian Region ( Roubal, 1930). “ Poland ”, without indication of region ( Łomnicki, 1913).
Bionomics. The species occurs in lowlands and highlands where they live in the forest litter, on the banks of rivers and reservoirs, in mosses and under the bark of trees as well as in rotten wood ( Roubal, 1930).
