Number of specimens recorded. 5.

Distribution. Europe; also North Africa. Portugal: three northern provinces and Algarve in the south.

Ecology. Most of the capture locations of this species in Portugal were situated along open water (waterfalls, marshlands, riverbanks). In northwestern Europe, the species is generally considered as part of the hygropetric fauna ( Pollet 2000). In Croatia it is found to prefer riverbeds to springs ( Pollet & Ivković 2018).

Rarity (%). 4.6 (rare).
