Number of specimens recorded. 10.
Distribution. Northwestern and central Europe; also North Africa. Portugal: four provinces, both in the north and the south (this study), and Beira Alta ( Naglis & Barták 2015).
Ecology. Largely confined to river banks, both in Mediterranean (Algarve) and in mountainous areas (northern Portugal) between 80 m and 750 m. In Belgium, it has been found on both sandy banks of lakes and gravelly banks of large rivers.
Rarity (%). 5.7 (fairly rare). Extremely rare (FL).
Activity period. June, August–October.
