Distribution. An eastern Mediterranean species ( Zalesskaja 1978; Stoev 2000, 2001), known from

Transcaucasia ( Sseliwanoff 1878, 1880; Muralewicz 1926, 1929; Zalesskaja 1978). Russia: Crimea

( Sseliwanoff 1878; Lignau 1905), and Dagestan (new). Remarks. This species is new to the centipede fauna of the Dagestan.
