Etymology. Named after the type locality.

Diagnostic characters. The adult male is characterized by antenna with 11 flagellomeres, AR 0.30–0.48, 0.36; superior volsella well developed, triangular; inferior volsella elongate rectangular with broadly rounded distal angle and placed caudally; gonostylus curved. The adult female has AR 0.37, 2–3 transparent developed fused lateral lamellae on inner side of coxosternapodeme, and labia poorly developed. The pupa has no taeniate L-setae on tergites I–II; no shagreen on tergite I, tergites II–IX with fine shagreen and only tergites IV–VII with several hooklets; and 26–34, 31 taeniae in fringe of anal lobe. The larvae are separable by mentum with two median teeth, the lateral tooth adjacent to median tooth very small, basal segment yellowish; second segment light brown, other segments dark brown; length of antenna/length of head 1.32–1.38, 1.35; and head capsule smooth, unsculptured.
