1. Head orange red; frons coarsely transversely rugose frontally; vertex dorsally with strong up curved rugae; hind coxa slender, spindle-shaped; hind tibia depressed at base on the outer side of widened part; ivory part of ovipositor 1.3× as long as dark apical part ( Fig. 56 View FIGURE 56 )................................................................
