Etymology. The species is named after the type locality, Bozdað Mountain.

Diagnosis. Zodarion bozdagensis spec. nov. is a member of the germanicum group and is similar to Z. bigaense Bosmans et al., 2014 . Males of the new species differ from those of Z. bigaense by having a long tibial apophysis with 2 pointed teeth terminally, a slender tegular apophysis and the shape of the median apophysis. Females differ from those of Z. bigaense by the larger, arched epigynal median plate and the more widely spaced spermathecae.
