scientific name

Parnassia mysorensis var. acuta Diels (1912: 281)
status

Parnassia mysorensis var. acuta Diels (1912: 281)

TYPE:— CHINA. Yunnan, Dali, 10000–11000 ft, August 1906, Forrest 5042 (holotype: E00724751 ; isotype: P06392590 )

Notes: Ku & Hultgard (2001) cited Parnassia affinis var. acuta (Diels) Nekrassova as a synonym of P. mysorensis var. acuta . In the revision of Parnassia by Nekrassova (1927), P. affinis was treated as a synonym of P. mysorensis , but wrongly printed in bold, and P. mysorensis var. acuta was just listed after P. affinis , so P. affinis var. acuta maybe a pure misunderstanding of the Nekrassova’s publication.
