Types: CHINA. Yunnan, Yanjin, Tchen-fon-chan, August 1894, Delavay 5018 (lectotype designated here: P00709362 ; isolectotypes: P00709360 , P00709361 , K000739460 )
Notes: The only original material cited in the protologue of Parnassia monochorifolia is Delavay 5018, and four specimens were traced from P and K. Among them, the sheet with barcode P00709362 contains the most flowers and is here selected as the lectotype.
