TYPE:— CHINA. Chongqing, Nanchuan, Lung-mo-ai, Bock & von Rosthorn 872 (holotype: B n.v., maybe destroyed)
Notes: This is the same case as that of Parnassia perciliata , for which the type material in B is probably destroyed. The illustrations that Diels proved in the protologue (1900: 369, Fig. 3 A –D) are original materials, and they will be designated as the lectotype when this genus is revised, if no other type materials are found.
