isotypes: K 000739346, MO 247820) = Parnassia rivularis Osterhout ex Rydberg (1905: 78) TYPE:—THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Colorado, North Park, on border with Wyoming. 25 July 1898. Osterhout 1778

(lectotype: RM 0003963, designated by P. K. Holmgren & N. H. Holmgren 1997; isolectotype: NY 00186141) Notes: P. K. Holmgren & N. H. Holmgren (1997) thought the location of Osterhout 1778 is confusing because North Park is wholly in Colorado and does not border on Wyoming .
