2. Uniformus inclusus View in CoL sp. nov. (Fig B)
Description. Length: male 3.1–3.2mm
Body (Figs B. 1–6) yellow; crown and pronotum similar to the new specie above; forewing (Figs B. 1.2.7) basal half mostly orange with few symmetrical pale lines and spots, apical half dull stramineous with few small dark spots; hind wing (Figs B. 8) transparent.

Forewing; 8.Hindwing; 9.Abdominal apodeme; 10. Male pygofer, lateral view; 11. Male pygofer lobe, dorsal view; 12. Subgenital plate, ventral view; 13.Aedeagus, connective, dorsal view; 14.Aedeagus, connective & style, lateral view.(Scale bars): 1–6= 0.5mm, 7–14= 0.1mm.
FIGURE B. Uniformus inclusus sp. nov. 1. Male, dorsal view; 2. Male, lateral view; 3. Head and thorax, dorsal view; 4.Head and thorax, lateral view; 5. Face; 6.Head, front view; 7. Forewing; 8.Hindwing; 9.Abdominal apodeme; 10. Male pygofer, lateral view; 11.Subgenital plate, style, ventral view; 12.Aedeagus, connective, dorsal view; 13.Aedeagus, connective, lateral view. (Scale bars): 1–6= 0.5mm, 7–13= 0.1mm.
Male abdomen (Figs B. 9) with apodemes extended to sternum V. Pygofer side (Figs B. 10) triangular, with dorsal sclerotized ridge terminating in short apical process and row of thin marginal setae. Subgenital plate (Figs B. 10) without lateral lobe, broad at base, tapered distally with apex hooked in lateral view; several macrosetae along lateral margin. Sternite IX (Figs B. 11) with pair of acute posterolateral extensions.
Paramere (Figs B. 11) very long, nearly straight, surpassing subgenital plate. Aedeagus (Figs B. 13,14), preatrium large, with two pairs of ventral processes extended dorsolaterad but not surrounding shaft: basal pair relatively short and thin, hooked posterad; distal pair longer, extended posterodorsad, denticulate preapically. Aedeagus shaft inflate apical, with tuft of apical microtrichia. Gonopore apical.
Type material. Holotype, 1♂, CHINA: Yunnan Province, Jinghong. H, 608m. 12. V. 2015, collected by Yan Bin. Paratype, 1♂, Yunnan Province, Mohan.H, 690m . 13. V. 2015, Light lure collected by Yan Bin.
Etymology: The specific epithet is derived from the Latin word “ inclusus ” meaning “surround” referring to the partly surrounded aedeagal shaft.
Remarks. This species is similar to Uniformus rostellatus sp. nov. but differs in having the pygofer dorsal margin heavily sclerotized and terminating in a process, sternite IX with acute lateral extensions, the paramere surpassing the subgenital plate, and the aedeagus shaft only partly surrounded by the ventral processes.
