Female. Body length 12.4 mm; forewing length 9 mm; Structure. Clypeus punctated in the margins; interantennal area densely punctured; frons and vertex scattered shallow punctured; gena polished with some punctured; mesosoma densely and shallow punctured; propodeum densely and coarsely punctate throughout; hind tibial spurs acute. Color. Saetae yellow and body ferruginous; margins of the eyes with a yellow band extending to the vertex; mesopleuron, pronotum, scutellum, metanotum with yellow spots; T1–T5 with yellow spots on each side; wings fuscous hyaline with violaceous reflections ( Fig. 33 View FIGURE 33 ).
Male. Body length 12.4 mm (range 12.3 mm – 12.5 mm); forewing length 9.2 mm; Structure. Clypeus punctated in the margins; interantennal area and frons densely punctured; vertex and gena scattered punctured; mesosoma with shallow punctured; propodeum shallow punctate throughout. Genitalia ( Fig. 43E View FIGURE 43 ). Parameres more or less straight, ventral face polished with some sparse setae in the margin; volsellae with short sparse setae, apice with long dense setae. Color. Setae yellow, head and mesosoma black, metasoma ferruginous; clypeus yellow in top margin, or not; eyes with yellow band in anterior and posterior margins; mesopleuron, pronotum, scutellum, metanotum with yellow spots; T1–T5 or T2–T4 and S2 with yellow spots on each side; wings fuscous hyaline ( Fig. 34 View FIGURE 34 ).
