Material. 3 ♂♂, 4 ♀♀ (UTQ), Iraq , BS, on the left bank of the Shatt Al- Arab, N30°40'37", E47°45'36", wet agricultural land, in the soil under palm trees, 5 m, 9.XI.2022, coll. AS GoogleMaps ; 2 ♂♂, 2 ♀♀ (UTQ), Al- Hartha district , 19 km NE Basrah city, N30°38'36", E47°41'26", wet agricultural land, in the soil under palm trees, 5 m, 10.XI.2022, coll. AS GoogleMaps .

Previous records. Maysan: [MA1] ( Brölemann 1922) and Basrah: [ BS 1], [ BS 2] ( Al-Simary et al. 2022) provinces.

Distribution. Iraq ( Brölemann 1922; Al- Simary et al. 2022), Iran ( Zarei et al. 2020), and Israel ( Chipman et al. 2013).

Remarks. Described based on single ♀ ( Brölemann 1922).

This species is recorded from a cave in Iran ( Malek-Hosseini & Zamani 2017).
