DISTRIBUTION: NA.

LITERATURE RECORDS: Maggiore & Keppel 2007; Prevedelli et al. 2007; Castelli et al. 2008. REMARKS: Alien species with Indo-Pacific origin ( Zenetos et al. 2010). Reported for the first time in the Mediterranean Sea in a brackish microhabitat of Elba Island (Tuscan Archipelago, Ligurian Sea) ( Lardici & Castelli 1986).
