LITERATURE RECORDS: Occhipinti-Ambrogi et al. 2011.

REMARKS: Alien species with a western Atlantic origin ( Zenetos et al. 2010), reported for the first time in the Mediterranean Sea in Málaga ( Spain) ( Aguirre et al. 1986). In the Adriatic the species was recorded in 2009 at Torre Guaceto (SA) ( Occhipinti-Ambrogi et al. 2011).
