LITERATURE RECORDS: Salazar-Vallejo 2014.
REMARKS: Some of the previous reports of Pherusa plumosa (O.F. Müller, 1776) in the Adriatic Sea, might refer to P. mikacae , however, specimens must be studied before determining the distribution of the two species (Salazar- Vallejo 2014).
