Material. AZERBAIJAN: Zagatala District: 1♂ ( ZMMU), Rotshugel , [41°46'N, 46°36'E], 22.06.2003 (N. Snegovaya, H. Aliev) GoogleMaps .
Comments. This species has been treated in two taxonomic publications. It is found in oak-beech hornbeam forests at elevations ranging from 700 to 2400 m. Additionally, it can be found in subalpine habitats and is known to inhabit leaf litter and reside under stones ( Dunin 1992b).
Distribution. Transcaucasia. Known from the adjacent parts of northern Azerbaijan and eastern Georgia. These localities are located on the southern macroslope of the Caucasus Major ( Otto 2022).
