Material examined. Spaska , 22.06.2021, 1♂, 1♀ (alcohol) ( V. Korneyev & Babytskiy leg.) , 10.07.2021, 1♂ ( V. Korneyev leg.) ; Zavoloka , 22.06.2021, 1♀ (alcohol) ( V. Korneyev & Babytskiy leg.) , 23.07.2021, 1♀ (alcohol) ( V. Korneyev leg.) .

Distribution. Throughout Europe to the Near East and Central Asia ( Merz & Korneyev, 2004). Throughout Ukraine; Chernivtsi Region (first record).

Notes. Larvae in stems of Tragopogon ( Asteraceae ) (Merz, 1994). Overwinters as larvae in lower part of stems.
