Material examined. Khotyn, 21.06.2021, 1♂ (alcohol) ( V. Korneyev & Babytskiy leg.) .

Distribution. Southern and Central Europe ( Merz & Korneyev, 2004; Korneyev & Korneyev, 2018). Ukraine: Crimea (Korneyev, 2016); Chernivtsi Region (first record from continental Ukraine).

Notes. Larvae in flower heads of Onopordum acanthium ( Asteraceae ) (Merz, 1994).
