Pediobius crassicornis View in CoL species group
Diagnosis. Collar of pronotum with lateral corners distinctly prominent, obtuse-angular ( Figs 6 View FIGURE 6 a, 6c, 7a, 7c). The posterior margin of MLM strongly emarginate and slightly raised, separated from the base of scutellum with a distinct, narrow semicircular hole ( Figs 6 View FIGURE 6 a, 6c, 7a, 7c). Notaular depressions deep. Inner corner of axilla depressed. Scutellum smooth at least in anterior median third. Metatibial spur curved and at least reaching the apex of basal tarsomere ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 f).
Species included. Pediobius crassicornis and P. elasmi . Pediobius pupariae Yang is also considered to belong to this species group.
