Diagnosis
Omorgus triestinae is most similar to O. suberosus , from which it can be distinguished as discussed above. See Huchet and Costa-Silva (2018) for more details.
Geographic distribution
Omorgus trietinae is restricted to central South America, where it is primarily found in the Cerrado and Pantanal biomes ( Huchet and Costa-Silva 2018). In Brazil it occurs in the following states: BA, GO, DF, MG, MS and SP ( Figure 12 View Figure 12 ).
