Notes:— Aquilegia lactiflora is charactered by white, cream or green-whitish concolourous flowers, petal laminae which are bent outwards, stamens exserted beyond the petal laminae, perpendicular or reflexed sepals, rosulate, biternate or triternate leaves, and indumentum of simple and glandular hairs. Aquilegia moorcroftiana differed from the latter species in having bicoloured flowers (sepals and spurs blue, petal laminae white or cream).
