Description of Microbacterium nanhaiense LPB 0322
Cells are aerobic, Gramstainingpositive, nonflagellated and rod shaped. Colonies are circular, convex, entire and yellow colored after incubation for 3 days on R2 A agar medium at 25℃. In GoogleMaps the API 20NE system, positive reaction for esculin hydrolysis, β-galactosidase activity and utilization of potassium gluconate. In the API 20NE system, negative reaction for nitrate reduction, indole production, glucose fermentation, arginine dihydrolase, urease activity, gelatin hydrolysis, oxidase activity and utilization of D-glucose, L-arabinose, D-mannose, D-mannitol, N acetylglucosamine, Dmaltose, capric acid, adipic acid, malic acid, trisodium citrate and phenylacetic acid. Strain LPB0322 About LPB (= NIBRBAC000503354) was isolated from seashore sand in Taean, Chungcheongnam Province, Korea (36°29′14.5″N 126°20′4.67″E).
