Accola lewisi Chickering, 1964: 177 , figs 5–9.
Masteria lewisi: Raven, 1979: 625 View in CoL .
Types. JAMAICA. ♂ holotype, ♀ paratype, Red Hills Road (17°59’45.16”N; 76°57’18.39”W), Saint Catherine Parish, I. X.1957, A. M. Chickering leg., deposited in MCZ, examined. GoogleMaps
Diagnosis. Males of M. lewisi are similar to those of M. colombiensis , M. downeyi , M. yacambu n. sp., M. amarumayu n. sp., M. mutum n. sp. and M. aguaruna n. sp. in the piriform palpal bulb, but differ in the short and straight embolus, with a basal projection ( Fig. 15B View FIGURE 15 ). Females differ from those of other species with bilobed spermathecae in the similar size of the lobes and conspicuous glandular region ( Fig. 15D–E View FIGURE 15 ).
