Distribution in Angola
Localities reported: 8km W Calulo (CUANZA SUL) (128) (P. Schüle, pers. comm.).
Remarks. A new tiger beetle endemism of Angola under description (P. Schüle pers. comm.). The adults were sampled in primary forest on shaded paths, an anusual type of habitat for the representantives of this genus. There was only one known species so far, which lives in such a habitat: Dromica cristagalli W. Horn, 1935 from the Cape Region (P. Schüle pers. comm.).
