Hemipilia calophylla C.S.P.Parish & Rchb. f., J. Bot. 12: 197, 1874. Type :— MYANMAR. Mon State : Mawlamyine District, Aug 1873, Parish 348 (lectotype K, designated by Clayton 2017: 60; isolectotypes: K, W-R 18829 + icon.).

Distribution:— Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam and southwestern China.
Note:— Luo has determined Swinhoe 67 as H. limprichtii , but in a later unpublished revision of Hemipilia he refers it back to H. calophylla .
