Reported from Kachin State and Sagaing and Magway regions by Kress et al. (2003: 67), but we have not seen any material from these areas .
Distribution:— The Himalayas, northeastern India, Myanmar, Thailand, Indochina and southwestern China. Notes:— The two collections from Mandalay Region marked with (*) are possibly the same collection; one number was cited by Seidenfaden (1979: 103), the second by Vermeulen (2002: 131 & 135).

Distribution:— The eastern Himalayas, northeastern India, southern Myanmar, Thailand, Indochina and western Malesia.
