Diagnosistic characters. Rostrum longer than 2x the head length, longer than palpus, longer than antenna; palpus half the length rostrum; the last palpal segment as long as the length of all preceding together; vein r-m very short; cross-vein m-cu in proximal 1/3 d-cell base.
