Burmalema shan Zhao & Li , sp. nov. ( Figs 38–39 )

Diagnosis. Same as for the genus.

Description. Male (holotype, Fig. 38A ). Total length 1.53. Carapace 0.90 long, 0.50 wide. Abdomen 0.63 long, 0.48 wide. Carapace light brown. Eyes vestigial, clypeus height 0.08. Chelicerae, legs, labium, and endites light brown. Sternum with sparse setae. Leg measurements: I 3.07 (0.90, 0.15, 0.90, 0.70, 0.42), II 2.77 (0.80, 0.15, 0.82, 0.50, 0.50), III 2.00 (0.60, 0.15, 0.50, 0.35, 0.40), IV 2.43 (0.81, 0.13, 0.56, 0.57, 0.36). A dorsal, Y-shaped scuta and a couple of lateral scutae present (arrows in Fig. 38A ). Abdomen ivory coloured and ellipsoid.

Palp ( Figs 38B–D ). Tibia 1.60 times longer than patella, cymbium 2.08 times longer than tibia, bulb shaped as shown in Figs 38B–D . Embolus spiraled, ratio of embolus/bulb length 0.78.

Female (IZCAS-Ar43297, Figs 39A–B ). Total length 1.28. Carapace 0.52 long, 0.47 wide. Abdomen 0.76 long, 0.71 wide. Eyes vestigial, clypeus height 0.09. Coloration as in male. Leg measurements: I 2.89 (0.88, 0.16, 1.00, 0.50, 0.35), II 2.44 (0.81, 0.16, 0.75, 0.40, 0.31), III 1.87 (0.69, 0.16, 0.50, 0.30, 0.22), IV 2.37 (0.81, 0.16, 0.69, 0.45, 0.26). Abdomen pale brown.

Genitalia ( Fig. 39C ). Endogyne L-shaped with closed, sclerotized tube inside, swollen distally.

Material examined. Holotype ♂ (IZCAS-Ar43293), Myanmar: Shan State, Taunggyi County, an unnamed cave (20.7549°N, 97.0172°E, elev. 1281 m), 12 October 2017, Z. Chen and H. Liu leg. Paratypes. 4♀ (IZCAS-Ar43294–Ar43297), same data as holotype .

Distribution. Known only from the type locality.

Etymology. The specific name is a noun in apposition taken from the type locality.
