Diagnosis (Modified from Townes 1970). Apical margin of clypeus ( Fig. 2 View FIGURES 2–3 ) evenly arched forward, sometimes slightly reflexed, without median tooth; along apical margin with weak impression. Frons with weak median groove or carina. Lower tooth of mandible slightly shorter than upper tooth. Lower end of occipital carina reaching to hypostomal carina distinctly above base of mandible. Epomia ( Fig. 5 View FIGURES 4–6 ) long, nearly straight. Anterior and posterior transverse carinae complete. Propodeal spiracle circular to short elliptic. Fore wing with vein 1cu-a opposite 1/M, or almost so. Areolet present, lateral sides almost parallel or slightly convergent forward, 3rs-m very weak. Hind wing with M+Cu strongly arched upwardly; brachiella absent; axillus weak, close to anal margin. First metasomal tergite long and slender, without basal lateral tooth and longitudinal carina. Ovipositor sheath almost as long as hind tibia. Apical portion of ovipositor ( Fig. 11 View FIGURES 10–11 ), from nodus to its end, long, slender, dorsal valve with weak nodus; ventral valve with very weak, sparse ridges.
