Type species: Reticuluma citrana Cheng & Li, 2005 .
Reticuluma can be distinguished by the dorsum covered with black or brown reticulation. Crown and face with distinct anterior boundary; coronal suture length about 3/5–2/3 of crown; ocelli placed on disc of vertex toward middle, more remote from each other than from eyes; face slightly concave; postclypeus flat. Pronotum wider than long, anterior margin moderately convex, posterior margin slightly concave. Scutellum triangular broader than long. Forewing end ridgelike. Hind femur with apical setae 2+2+1. Male pygofer with macrosetae near posterior margin. Connective ‘Y’ or ‘T’ shaped. Aedeagus shaft with or without processes, and its processes can be easily distinguished Reticuluma from other genera of Penthimiini . Style apex hook-like or acuminate sharp.
Distribution. China (Anhui, Fujian, Guizhou, Henan, Hunan, Jiangxi, Shaanxi, Yunnan, Zhejiang, Tibet), ( Fig. 6 View FIGURE 6 ).
