Hosts. Caprifoliaceae : Lonicera canadensis W. Bartram ex Marshall (leaf mines only), L. morrowii A. Gray , L. tatarica L., Symphoricarpos albus (L.) S.F. Blake (leaf mines only) ( Spencer 1969; Spencer & Steyskal 1986).

Leaf mine. ( Fig. 99 View FIGURES 97–108 ) Widening, linear, filled centrally with green frass.

Puparium. Yellowish-brown; formed outside the mine.

Distribution. USA: *MA, MN (leaf mines only), NY, WI; Canada: AB?, ON, QC; Europe.
