Remarks. Linsenmaier glued the holotype and two paratypes together on the same plastic transparent board. The holotype is the one on the left. Linsenmaier (1987: 135) provided the description of the female, which is coloured like Holopyga inflammata ( Förster, 1853) but exhibits the sculpture and pilosity characteristic of the male of H. austrialis .
