Ypsolopha horridella ( Treitschke, 1835)
Harpipteryx horridella Treitschke, 1835: 191 [type locality: Brandenburg, Germany and Bohemia, Czech Republic].
Distribution: China ( Caradja 1939), Russia (European part) and Europe.
Remarks. Caradja (1939) indicated this species from China on the specimens collected in Mt. Mienshan, Shanxi, but this record has not been cited in the Chinese checklist ( Hua 2005). Since Y. horridella was not collected post facto in East Asia, we assume that specimens mentioned by Caradja could be misidentified.
