Malachius nigrosetosus Motschulsky, 1854 ; Malachius tenellus Kraatz, 1862 . Regional distribution. Isfahan ( Lehr et al. 2007) , Mazandaran ( Sakenin et al. 2011). General distribution. Greece, Lebanon, Turkmenistan ( Mayor 2007) , Azerbaijan (unpublished data; deposited in the collection of SZM) .
Comments. Pycnopogon mixtus (Loew, 1847) ( Diptera : Asilidae ) was reported as a predator of M. labiatus ( Lehr et al. 2007; Ghahari et al. (2014).
