Diagnosis: Test dark brown, discoid in dorsal view and slightly oval in side view; height of the test about half the width; aperture oval and centrally located; pores present around the oral aperture; length of the test 118-124µm.
Distribution in India: Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Jammu & Kashmir, Mizoram, Tamil Nadu (present record), Uttarakhand.
