Material examined: Mi-322, 2ex., Marakkanam estuary,

Diagnosis: Test yellowish brown, oblong in ventral view, in lateral view fundus of the test more elevated; aperture always elliptical and eccentric; test diameter 92-98µm.
Distribution in India: Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu (present record).
