Diagnosis: Test brownish, circular in outer view; hemispherical in lateral view; siliceous scales scattered over the test; aperture central and circular and almost half the diameter of the test; test diameter 70-95µm.
Distribution in India: Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Manipur,
Meghalaya, Mizoram, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu (present record), Uttarakhand, West Bengal.
