Diagnosis. — Male. Metasomal tergite II with median large depression with pair of tubercles, ventral ramus of the aedeagus thin and much arched outward medially and apex abruptly angulate, being straight and diverging.
Comments. — There are three species in this group, D. bifoveatus Kieffer, 1906 , D. microculus Azevedo, 1999 and D. angulatus Azevedo, 1999 , which ranges from north of Mexico to Costa Rica.
