T a d z h i k i s t a n 4, 2, Alajsjij chrebet, 2000m, Dzirgatal, 9.VI.1990, leg. J. & M. Halada. The mandibles of these males basally yellow. K i r g i z i y a - m e r. - w e s t.: 1, 20 km N Aravan, 40.3°N 72.5°E, 17.V.1994, leg. Ma. Halada. The hiterto unknown female of this species is characterized by the following criteria: mandibles darkbrown, basal third part yellow, tooth on the inner surface small; median lobus of clypeus with two small rounded teeth in the middle (sometimes smelt) and two projecting teeth laterally; scapus completely yellow; thorax completely black; Vertex, scutum and mesopleura distinctly and coarsely puntated; propodeal enclosure coarsely striate; posterior furrow of Collare crenulated; episternalsulcus narrow and weakly crenulated; sternites not punctated. These criteria are exactly as in males! Pygidial area concave lateraly; 6.5 mm. The female of L. hamiger differs from Lindenius ibex in the shape of clypeus, strukture of propodeal enclosure and lacking punctation on sternites. It differs from Lindenius panzeri by only basally yellow spots on mandibles and a small tooth on inner surface of mandibles, the sharp of clypeus and a narrow episternal sulcus. In the key of LECLERCQ 1989 the female of L. hamiger runs to § 13 and shold be separated at this point.
