T hailand: ―Only known from the type collection.
Distribution: ― Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand (Peninsular).
Ecology: ―Evergreen forest at an elevation of 1100 m. Flowering and fruiting in April‒May.
Notes: ― Lasianthus repoeuensis is different from other species in having branches and branchlets glabrous and living plants that are dark green and glabrous, leaf blades chartaceous, oblong-elliptic or lanceolate, 6‒20 × 4‒6 cm with glabrous, 14‒16 pairs of secondary veins, ascending at an angle of 80‒90°, tertiary veins reticulate or subparallel, petioles 5‒8 mm long and pale green, stipules broadly triangular and 5 mm long, calyx obconical 3 mm long and glabrous.
