Material examined. China: Holotype ɗ, Gansu; Kangxian, Baiyun Mountain, 1250–1750m, 12 July 1998, coll. Chen Jun; Paratype: 1Ψ, Gansu; Kangxian, Baiyun Mountain, 1250–1750m, 12 July 1998, coll. Chen Jun ( IZAS); 1Ψ( IZAS), Gansu; Kangxian, Qinghe Forest Farm, 1400m, 12 July 1998, coll. Yao Jan.

Remarks. This species is very similar to A. bifurcatus Dai and Zhang , but can be distinguished from the latter by: 1) pygophore with long appendage at ventral posterior margin; 2) basal projection of aedeagus about half length of shaft, without lateral appendages at middle.

Distribution. China (Gansu).
